Alenia Aermacchi North America, a Finmeccanica company, produces, in conjunction with L-3 Communications, the C-27J Joint Cargo Aircraft Spartan for the U.S. Air Force’s Joint Cargo Aircraft Program, as well as the G-222 for the Afghan National Army. It will offer the T-100 Integrating Training System as a solution to the Air Force’s requirement for a new T-X advanced trainer jet.
